There are signals on the crossings, so obey them. If the signal indicates you to stop, then you must stop.

Were you pulled over for driving too fast? You can be charged for obstructing or going past the suggested speed limit of that area. In some areas like in Florida, U.S. you will be charged under moving violation if you are found driving at speed more than 50 mph.

The vans must not drive past 50mph on single carriageways, past 60 mph on dual carriageways and 70 mph on motorways.

In some countries like UK, pavement parking is considered as illegal. Drivers who park on the kerb force those on foot- including parents with pushchairs and those on mobility scooters- on the road to walk around the obstruction. This law is strict because it can be extremely dangerous for those who are visually impaired or worse for dogs.
The govt states that parking on the pavement can obstruct and create inconvenience for pedestrians, visually impaired people or handicapped persons.

If the vehicle is stationary i.e. not moving or between 11.30 pm and 7 am in a built up area, it is illegal to blow horn.

Mobile phones are the means of distraction and so many fatal accidents have occurred majorly due to mobile phones’ use while driving.
